Free hire is an exclusive offer from Exhibit-UK; and offers you outstanding flexibility in your exhibiting, while limiting costs and giving you the maximum return on your investment.

It’s really quite simple; we effectively ‘loan’ you free of charge the exhibition stand hardware for the duration of your show. Of course our entire service is not free; and we do charge our normal, competitive rates for your graphic panels, installation and any other service that you may require. However the net result for you is a ‘fully managed’ professional exhibition stand at a considerably lower cost than if you purchased your stand or hired at full-cost from one of our competitors.

The benefits:

• You can focus your money on creating your graphics and sales-message, not on purchasing hardware that you might only use once or twice. Your exhibition panels remain your property and can be reused on future stands at zero extra cost
• Re-installation of your stand, particulary if you use your existing graphic panels is at a appreciably lower cost; plus re-branding or re-configuring your stand for different events is relatively inexpensive
• You are not ‘locked-in’ to a particular look or style. All of our stand-building systems are available on free-hire and you are free to choose different systems for different events
• Free-hire is an environmentally responsible way of purchasing our exhibition services; with our mainly steel or aluminium made hardware being efficiently re-used over numerous events

Buying your stand solution

Our Prestige System and Swiss-Modul 4000 are sold as ‘self-build’ systems, due to their ease of use, portability and modular flexibility. Although they are available on free-hire many customers prefer to purchase these systems, thereby avoiding the cost of a professional installation.
