Free-Rental Programme
on Prestige and Showorks
You and I both know that no worthwhile service can be free of
charge! How then, does our free-rental programme work - and
how does it differ from the exhibition stand hire or rental provided
by other exhibition companies ?
Simply stated - when you commission us to handle your
exhibition stand - and you wish to us to produce your graphic
panels and install your stand - we give you a free hire or loan
of the exhibition system hardware for the show duration.
In other words, although you pay normal rates for your graphic
panels, for the installation, and for any other rental, hire or
purchase you make through us - the actual system hardware,
whether its Prestige or Showorks, is loaned entirely cost-free.
Free hire can reduce the overall cost of your exhibition stand
project by as much as 20%. In addition, because your graphics
are re-usable - you can take advantage of free rental any number
of times by simply asking us to re-configure the design for
different stand spaces.
If you eventally you decide to purchase a system, your graphics
can be used in your new system. Free stand rental is available
on both our portable & modular systems; the Expo Prestige
popup system and the Showorks stand building system.
No corners are cut on free hire; and there is no compromise
on our strict commitment to quality and accuracy. We operate
probably the most rigorous procedures in the industry when
managing exhibition projects; all stands are treated as equally
important - whether free rental or purchased!
Many, many of our customers use free rental; companies such
as the RNLI, Accenture, BT, Motorola, Sindy Dolls
and Serco... to name a few.
There are some limitations on our abillty to offer
free-rental to everyone. Although we have large hire
inventories of both our systems, in busy periods we can
run out of available stock. For this reason, if you think free
